“We wanted to achieve a modern efficient house with some uniqueness on a smaller site. John and his team have fulfilled all our requirements with a high level of efficiency and expertise.
We love the exposed beams and ply ceilings which give the sense of space. The open plan living and excellent outdoor flow is a real feature of the house.
The plan is well designed for managing light and sun through the design of the roof and ceilings. The requirement to really try to encapsulate the views that the site offered was well fulfilled.
