The roof forms are a deliberate attempt to shy away from the oft used flat roofing common in the neighbourhood. They allow maximum benefit in terms of volume from a restrictive building envelope.
The layout allows for a multiplicity of living arrangements and ensures that living spaces protected from the weather are available at all times, as well as offering space for adults and children to occupy separate areas.
