Parnell Apartments Hemisphere
This multi-use development built on a cliff top site in Parnell Auckland features six commercial units and twenty-four apartments. The top floor apartments have access to private roof terraces. Parking is located underneath and behind the building.
The materials used were chosen for their low maintenances and because they are permanent, with extensive use of concrete masonry for structural stability as well as fire and acoustic control.
