PARNELL HOUSE

The owners came to us with a house they had purchased, set in a bush-clad gully in Parnell. Their desire was to renovate and add to the house to make it suitable as an Auckland base - they have another house In Queenstown. This was a challenging project as it involved tight site constraints and a need to overcome some inherited construction problems. The house has been transformed into a contemporary apartment alternative with good indoor outdoor living and a spacious and airy feel which denies it’s very private location.
